I’ve only received part of my order?
Posters arrive separately to other items in cardboard tubes so you may receive two separate packages.
How do I access my download?
Your download will be emailed to you in your email order confirmation that you receive after placing your order. There is a blue hyperlink next to the product which gives you access to your download. Please check your junk mail if you can’t find your order email. You can also access all your downloads by logging into your account on our website and clicking ‘downloads’ in your user area.
What payment options are available?
All orders for resources can be placed and paid for on our website using a credit/debit card or PayPal. If you would like to be invoiced for your order and your order value is over £250 then you will have the option to select ‘invoice’ as a payment method at checkout. You will be asked to input a PO number before completing your order.

Where are the free unit plans?
We have seven free unit plans for EYFS to Year 6 on Jane’s online training website, each with an explanation video and a downloadable PDF. Please visit www.janeconsidine.com to sign up and view the unit plans, there are new unit plans being added weekly to the paid subscription area.
Where are the free YouTube CPD videos?
The Write Stuff, Hooked On Books and the Fantastic Foundations videos have now been taken down from YouTube.
